Cancellation Policy for ADMIRE Advanced Aesthetic Fellowship Program
Thank you for choosing the ADMIRE Advanced Aesthetic Fellowship Program. Please carefully review our cancellation policy before proceeding with your registration.
- No Refund Policy:
The ADMIRE Advanced Aesthetic Fellowship Program strictly adheres to a no-refund policy. Once payment is made and enrollment is confirmed, no amounts will be refunded, irrespective of the circumstances. - Transfer of Enrollment:
In the event of your inability to attend the program, you may request to transfer your enrollment to a future session, subject to availability. The request must be made at least 30 days before the originally scheduled program date. - Workshop Cancellation & Transfer Policy:
There is no cancellation or refund, only transfer of workshop between batches is permitted as per the below terms and conditions:- Transferring within 15 Days before the Workshop Date:
Any transfer requests made within 15 days before the scheduled workshop date will not be accepted and the candidate will have to forfeit the workshop. - Transferring within 15 - 30 Days before the Workshop Date:
For transfer requests made within 15 - 30 days before the scheduled workshop date, additional charges of 50% of the workshop fee shall be applicable. - Transferring within 30 - 45 Days before the Workshop Date:
For transfer requests made within 30 - 45 days before the scheduled workshop date, additional charges of 20% of the workshop fee shall be applicable.
- Transferring within 15 Days before the Workshop Date:
- Substitute Participants:
You have the option to designate a substitute participant if you are unable to attend. The substitute participant must meet eligibility criteria and be approved by the ADMIRE Program administration. Notification of substitution must be provided at least 30 days before the program start date. - Cancellation by ADMIRE:
In the unlikely event of ADMIRE canceling a program, participants will be given the option to transfer their enrollment to a future session. ADMIRE will not be responsible for any additional costs incurred by the participant, such as travel or accommodation expenses. ADMIRE will notify the participants well in advance in the event of any unexpected cancellations. - Force Majeure:
ADMIRE shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance of its obligations due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, pandemics, government regulations, natural disasters, or other force majeure events. - Cancellation Request Procedure:
All cancellation, transfer, or substitution requests must be submitted in writing to the ADMIRE Program administration. The date of receipt of the written request will be used to determine eligibility for transfers or substitutions.
